A Colorful Life

What does living a colorful life mean to you?

It can mean many things to many people but, if we ask ourselves what this concept means to ourselves, specifically, we can uncover some preferences for activities or accomplishments that we might not have considered important to ourselves before, mainly due to being focused upon something else. This isn’t to say that we should cancel our focus upon important things, but it might be worth considering adding some of these desired experiences to our lives.

Doing this can increase happiness and decrease stress, which can translate to more productivity and better relationships.
